The Academy is application-based — participants are selected for each cohort, and the program is free for those accepted.

Cohorts typically meet twice a month for workshops, plus scheduled service projects on weekends.
Complete the Leadership Academy application. We review each application to place her in the right cohort — commitment and interest matter more than grades.
No. Mentoring is its own GGU program. Academy participants receive mentorship from women leaders as part of the Academy experience.
Yes — all service is documented and eligible for school and scholarship requirements.
We coordinate carpools and, when possible, provide transportation for major service projects.
